By purchasing or using a Tap for Review plaque, you agree to the following terms.

The service

Tap for Review provides a physical NFC plaque configured to redirect to a Google Review link that you provide. We are not affiliated with Google, and we do not control or guarantee the availability of Google's review system.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate and lawful Google Review link for your business. You agree not to use the service to solicit fake, incentivized, or fraudulent reviews, in line with Google's own review policies.

Changes to your link

You may request that we update the destination link at any time by contacting us; the physical plaque does not need to be replaced.

Limitation of liability

We provide this service "as is." We are not liable for changes Google makes to its review system, temporary outages of our redirect service, or indirect damages arising from use of the plaque.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
